Fit guidance: If you have never worn this type of boot, please note that they do not fit like regular shoes because they do not hug your heel like a shoe does. First time wearers often feel this style of boot runs large as the optimal size in our boots may not necessarily coincide with their regular shoe size or duty boots size.  Therefore, most officers generally size down from their normal shoe size which can vary usually a 1/2 size or one full size.    

Calf widths for sizes 8 through 9.5 measure 17" wide. Calf widths for sizes 10 through 11 measure 17 3/4" wide. Calf widths for sizes 11.5 through 14 measure 18.5" wide. To ensure calf fit, please make sure your calf size is slightly below these measurements as listed. Proper calf size is the measurement in inches over the breeches (not on skin) around the widest part of your calf.
